The Lions Club of Capalaba was formed on the 12th May 1971.

We have a strong, active membership and are always looking for new members to join our friendly team. We meet on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at the Underhill Centre.

We support the local community through our service projects, including emergency food bags and personal hygiene bags for women, Operation Teddy Bear, youth projects, and the Biggest Barbecue in support for the Australian Lions Childhood Cancer Research Foundation.

We support local community groups including the Redland Community Centre, Sailability Bayside, Share the Dignity, Redlands Museum, Redland Animal Shelter and Traction.
